Breathing Into Wholeness

An event every week that begins at 7:00pm on Wednesday, repeating until July 18, 2018
You have been equipped with a tool that can provide you with increased energy, creativity and a greater sense of PRESENCE in your daily life.
And that “tool” is your breath!
In these weekly sessions you will learn and practice a powerful circular and connected breath technique which will increase the oxygenation in your body for greater overall health as well as providing a connection from your unconscious to your conscious mind. Through this connection old traumas and deep-seated patterns can be released and healed leaving you with an increased sense of Peace, Awareness and a deeper connection to PRESENCE.

Bring WATER, any blankets, pillows, eye pillows you need to keep warm and comfortable. We will play music to accompany you on your breath journey and the breath journeys will last 45 minutes or so.
This is a donation based class with a suggested love donation of $10.
