I’m convinced that breathwork is one tool that can be used to remember who we really are and re-enter the state of wholeness in a conscious way. It’s also a great way to heal our bodies by providing an adequate amount of oxygen.
Most breathwork events I have participated in use sound in combination with the breathwork practice as a very effective combo to allow past traumas and old beliefs to rise to the surface of our consciousness which then allows them to be transformed and healed by our love and acceptance.
It’s truly a journey back to wholeness which is our true state.
